Our Strict NO-SPAM Policy

We Take a zero tolerance stance against the sending of unsolicited e-mail, unsolicited bulk email, and SPAM.

Our program is based upon a double opt-in subscription process recording the full name, address, phone, IP, email address and date. Every email we send contains the recipients signup information, including full name, address, phone, IP and date. It is NOT our intent to ever send unsolicited email to anyone and every email we send includes an automated “unsubscribe” link for anyone who wishes to “opt-out”.

Our Reverse DNS records reflect the correct values for our dedicated servers. Our dedicated server(s) onsite techs have confirmed the rDNS, SPF records and DKIM records are proper & “The server itself meets all the qualifications required of it to meet our NO-SPAM commitment.

We strictly discourage the use of unsolicited e-mail by our affiliates for any and all promotional activities. It is our intent that any mailings associated with us fully comply with the guidelines as set forth by the United States Government, found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm .

Please report any abuse of our strict NO-SPAM policy and include:

  • The name of the referring person or organization
  • The referring website or email content as proof
  • Any other related information to help our investigation

Any affiliate found guilty of violating our strict NO-SPAM policy will face the following actions:

  • Reversal of all sales and commissions payable
  • Termination from all our affiliate programs
  • Permanent ban from promoting us or any of our products

We only allow the following marketing methods:

  • PPC/Pay-Per-Click advertising, Google AdWords or similar.
  • Website/Blog/Newsletter advertising, including text links and approved marketing materials such as banners, product reviews and articles.
  • Forum advertising, provided that any link used by the affiliate should not form or be part of the main reason for posting or replying to a post.
  • Email marketing, only when using double opt-in verification and single opt-out and must allow the recipient to unsubscribe or be removed from the list by clicking on a single “Remove” or “Unsubscribe” link within each and every email sent. No other removal methods are not allowed.
  • Any and all mailings MUST comply with all guidelines set forth by the United States government, found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm .

Changes to this Policy

We may from time to time update this policy. When we do so, we will post notice of any revisions on this site. We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you visit our web site.
