Level7Services was created to create a more manageable and more cost effective, primary email operation for all of our business activities.  We currently provide products, services and information to our clients, customers and subscribers and market to this group as well as potential clients and interested parties who have “opted-in” to receive our newsletters and mailings.

Our program is based upon a double opt-in subscription process typically requesting name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email address as well as logging the date and IP Address.   Our Reverse DNS records reflect the correct values for this dedicated server. The PTR for 75.125.21.66 & 75.125.21.72 is ztbinc.ztbinc.net.   Our dedicated servers onsite HostGator techs have confirmed the rDNS and SPF records are proper and the server itself meets all the necessary qualifications that we are aware of, is sending from a consistent IP address, has a reverse DNS pointer on it, and includes an SPF record for the domain.
 
We strongly desire to follow the rules/guidelines when communicating with our customers and subscribers. We provide a fully automated “unsubscribe” function and display recipients info in the footer of every message to demonstrate their having provided this information when opting-in. Please advise if we are violating any rules/policies and how we can resolve that breach so that we may get about the business of responding to our customers & subscribers in a timely fashion.

We Take a zero tolerance stance against the sending of unsolicited e-mail, unsolicited bulk email, and SPAM.

We strictly discourage the use of unsolicited e-mail by our affiliates for any and all promotional activities. It is our intent that any mailings associated with us fully comply with the guidelines as set forth by the United States Government, found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm.
 
Please report any abuse of our strict NO-SPAM policy and include:
The name of the referring person or organization
The referring website or email content as proof
Any other related information to help our investigation
 
Any affiliate found guilty of violating our strict NO-SPAM policy will face the following actions:
Reversal of all sales and commissions payable
Termination from all our affiliate programs
Permanent ban from promoting us or any of our products
 
We allow only the following marketing methods:
Google AdWords or similar forms of PPC / Pay Per Click advertising
Website and blog advertising, including text links and approved marketing materials such as banners, product reviews and articles.
Forum advertising, provided that any link used by the affiliate should not form or be part of the main reason for posting or replying to a post
Email marketing, only when using double opt-in verification and single opt-out and must allow the recipient to unsubscribe or be removed from your database by clicking on a “Remove” or “Unsubscribe” link within each and every email sent. All other removal methods are not allowed.
